Not all mobile operators actually offer truly unlimited SMS. Although many providers use this term in their contracts, hidden restrictions often apply, such as a daily or monthly cap on the number of messages that can be sent.
For this reason, GenioSms recommends using mobile lines and plans with no SMS sending limits, to ensure maximum performance and efficiency of the service.
If you are using GenioSms for professional or business purposes, we suggest activating a business plan registered under a company or VAT number.
Additionally, remember to include at the end of every message a short note that allows recipients to easily unsubscribe from your contact list.
Example text to include:
“If you no longer wish to receive future messages, reply to this SMS with the word DEL and you will be automatically removed from our list.”
Privacy regulations require that every message includes a clear and simple method for unsubscribing.
When the system receives an SMS containing the word DEL, GenioSms automatically removes the corresponding number from the contact list.
